This workshop will offer some alternatives to nagging, directing, and expecting. We will practice some useful strategies that invite cooperation while maintaining respect and dignity for all.

Presenter Bio:
Jody has over 30 years’ experience in education as a teacher, administrator, and consultant. She was the owner/administrator of three Montessori schools in Idaho for 18 years. This experience led her to become a Montessori Teacher Trainer at various training centers since 2014. Jody supports parents, teachers, and businesses as a Positive Discipline Trainer through classes and certification workshops. She also supports parents one-on-one as a parenting coach. Jody has served on the board of both Positive Discipline Association and the North American Society for Adlerian Psychology. She holds a certificate in Advanced Adlerian Studies. Jody’s work has taken her around the country as a trainer, consultant, and coach. She currently lives in Hawaii.
