The Delicate Dance of a Montessori Teaching Team: Choreographing an Engaging and Empowering Partnership Webinar

July 29 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

ET $45
Cohesive and resilient classroom teaching teams exhibit certain partnership behaviors that serve as the underpinnings of their success. Foundational to everything is trust, respect, and meaningful participation. Team members feel heard and appreciated. There are ample opportunities for professional growth and making contributions to children’s lives and learning. It is the role of the Montessori Guide to create a prepared environment of learning and support for their teaching partners. How this can be accomplished on a daily basis, through guided observation, guided practice, and supportive feedback will be the focus of this workshop. Join Jonathan Wolff for an in-depth review of the “10 Characteristics of Effective Montessori Teaching Teams.”
