Real Preparation for the Classroom
Residency is designed to prepare educators for real classroom leadership. Through guided discussion, collaborative problem solving, and practical application, learners build the confidence to navigate the complexities of Montessori environments.
When they leave residency, they do so equipped with refined skills, strengthened understanding, and the assurance that they are ready to serve children with integrity. The experience bridges preparation and practice, ensuring that each graduate returns to their community not only inspired, but truly prepared.
