Suddep Kaur Instructional Guide

Sudeep Kaur has over 28 years of teaching experience in early childhood, middle school, and high school. She began her teaching career in India, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees and taught high school in New Delhi. She moved to Canada 27 years ago, and motherhood and teaching have been at the heart of her life ever since.

Her Montessori journey began by accident while she was looking for a preschool for her daughter. She quickly fell in love with the Montessori philosophy and has been inspired ever since. Once she started working in a Montessori environment she was awed by the “Montessori magic,” that unfolds, across the three-year cycle. What draws her most to Montessori is Maria Montessori’s peace education, preparing future generations and inspiring children to help create a peaceful world.

Sudeep completed her Montessori Teacher Training through CGMS in 2016 and has continued learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences. For the past 18 years, she has been a lead Montessori guide in a CASA (3–6) program, focused on nurturing each child’s unique potential.

Sudeep joined CGMS in 2023 and has since worked as an online instructor, Field Consultant, and Practicum Advisor. She enjoys supporting and mentoring adult learners as they grow into confident Montessori educators.

In her spare time, Sudeep enjoys gardening, baking, and spending time with her family.
