Nourma Junita Bachtiar brings over 16 years of experience as a Montessori School Leader, growing her school from just 3 students to one of the largest formal Authentic Montessori Schools in Indonesia. Her leadership journey is rooted in a deep passion for developing strong school teams, partnering authentically with parents, and building robust school systems and management practices that allow educators and students to thrive.
She is a Stanford Graduate School of Business Seed Transformation Program scholar and holds the CGMS Montessori Leadership Credential, grounding her leadership in both strategic and Montessori best practices.
