Asia Programs
Asia-based Montessori Teacher credential courses and professional development.

Montessori Education in Asia
CGMS is thrilled to extend its commitment to quality Montessori education to Asia with a vibrant residency program based in Indonesia. Recognizing the growing demand for authentic Montessori training in the region, we are proud to offer a range of foundational and credentialing courses tailored to meet the needs of aspiring and current educators in early childhood settings.
Our Programs
Expanding our commitment to Montessori education globally, CGMS offers a range of professional development specifically designed for our Asia-based community. These programs serve as both an engaging introduction to Montessori principles for newcomers and those seeking their early childhood teacher credential and valuable enrichment and continuing education opportunities for practicing Montessori teachers in the region.
Please note: Professional Development courses are distinct from our teacher credentialing programs and are not accredited by MACTE, nor do they lead directly to a Montessori teaching credential. Please view the individual programs for more information, including course start dates.

Early Childhood Teacher Credential Program
The CGMS Early Childhood Teacher Certification program is a unique blend of distance learning with a low residency requirement. We only offer a Full Certification program that is MACTE accredited and affiliated with the International Montessori Council (IMC).

Early Childhood Assistant Teacher Program
This course is for assistant teachers looking to support teachers and children in a 3-6-year-old classroom. By successfully completing this, you will earn an IMC Early Childhood Assistant Teacher Credential for supporting teachers and children in a 3- to 6-year-old classroom.
