Our University Partners
Through our university partnerships, CGMS coursework can earn credits toward a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Sarasota University
Sarasota University (SU), “The Montessori University,” is the first university with institutional MACTE accreditation, has licensure through The Florida Department of Education, and approval by the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. SU enrolls students from across the United States, as well as internationally. CGMS new enrollees can participate in the dual enrollment option to receive credit for their teacher or school leadership credential coursework towards a university degree. CGMS graduates may also apply for credits at Sarasota University. SU currently offers a Bachelor of Science in Montessori Education (completion program), a Master of Arts (MA) in Montessori Education and an MA in Montessori Leadership, as well as a Doctor of Education in Montessori Education and a doctoral completion option.

The Institute for Educational Studies
The Institute for Educational Studies (TIES) is excited to announce a new partnership with Lasell University in Newton, MA. TIES has been pioneering Montessori holistic graduate education since 1998, offering a transformative Master of Education experience described as “Montessori for Adults.” CGMS educators—both currently enrolled and graduates—receive a $4,500 tuition grant in recognition of the rigorous preparation they bring to graduate study. Teachers in training and newly credentialed educators also benefit from a reduced course load, allowing them to integrate advanced learning with their developing practice. The TIES M.Ed. program applies the same principles educators use with children—prepared environments, following fascination, and honoring individual development—to adult learners pursuing a deeper understanding of cosmic education, integrative learning, and their unique contribution to transformative education. Fully asynchronous and designed for working educators, the 18-month journey accommodates the demands of teaching while supporting genuine personal and professional evolution.
