He began his career in market research\, leading his own company and serving as a guest instructor at several colleges in Madrid. In 2008\, he moved to Lakeland\, Florida\, where he transitioned into education and earned his Florida Teaching Certificate for K–6 and Spanish (K–12) in 2010. Jorge has been a Montessori educator since 2010\, working in public charter schools as both an assistant and lead teacher. After 13 years in Lower Elementary classrooms\, he now serves as a lead teacher in Upper Elementary at Magnolia Montessori Academy in Lakeland\, Florida\, a role he has held for the past three years. He earned his CGMS Montessori Elementary Certification (ages 6–12) in 2014. Since 2017\, Jorge has worked with CGMS in multiple roles\, including Instructional Guide\, Summer Instructor\, Practicum Advisor\, and Field Consultant\, and has led numerous Montessori professional development courses. A dynamic and practical presenter\, Jorge has shared his work at conferences such as IMC\, MEPI\, AMS\, and Children Change the World. His sessions are known for connecting Montessori philosophy with clear\, actionable classroom practices.

Kitty is one of the founders of The Center for Guided Montessori Studies and currently serves as the Director of Education.  She is a member of the International Montessori Council (IMC) Board of Trustees and sits on the Sarasota University Board of Directors. Kitty is committed to providing support to teachers\, schools and families as they strive to develop positive learning environments for children.

She currently works as an Academic Director for multiple schools in the USA while also being a part of the MACTE onsite accreditation team for teacher education programs. \nHer unique experiences with schools in different cultures and contexts continue to inspire her to work towards equity in education. She is passionate about finding ways to include all children and support multi-age/mixed-ability classroom communities to make this pedagogy available to all children as Dr. Montessori envisioned.
