DESCRIPTION:Webinar Description: \nThis 2-part webinar will discuss a behavior support program that has developed over the past 40 years at a Montessori school in Michigan. We will discuss how the program is implemented across the school\, how staff remain consistent to it\, how we have our leaders (“big kids”) help with maintaining it and our values\, and how we use a child study process with this system to identify and target interventions. I will provide you with what you need to begin building a similar system into your classrooms and schools. I will share with you how I personally have thrived as an educator by utilizing our approach. We respect the dignity and power of children and adhere to Montessori’s “freedom within limits.” \n  \nThe live sessions will occur on the following dates: \n\n\n\nThursday\, February 12th from 7:00-8:30 pm ET\n Thursday\, February 19th from 7:00-8:30 pm ET\n\nHow to Register For This Event:\nPlease note: You may register at any time before the first live event on February 12th\, 2026. \nRegistration for the event will close at 6:45 PM\, 15 minutes before the start time. She has assisted in teacher trainings during residencies as well as presenting in a number of events for CGMS. She has recently been a guest speaker for LeadKid Academy at their International Montessori Conference. She is passionate about gentle/positive/conscious parenting and educating. She is the creator of the “Gentle Montessorian” and has started to share her content on instagram via @Gentle_Montessorian. Natalie is the mother of two human wildlings and four feline fur babies.
