Her Montessori journey began at Lake Mary Montessori Academy\, where she served in a variety of roles including classroom guide (Early Childhood and Lower Elementary)\, Lower Elementary Coordinator\, and Associate Head of School. \nHeather holds Early Childhood and Elementary I Montessori credentials\, a Master’s degree in Education with a Montessori concentration\, and a Specialist’s degree in School Psychology. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist\, Nationally Certified Montessori Coach\, and holds an Anti-Bias\, Anti-Racist certification. \nToday\, Heather works full-time supporting Montessori educators and adult learners through writing\, coaching\, conference and webinar coordination\, alumni leadership\, and course instruction. She is passionate about honoring both children and the adults who guide them.

Ann’s research interests include supports for young children with disabilities and effective mentoring. Ann was a Montessori teacher with 3 – 6-year-olds before completing her doctoral studies in early childhood special education.
