With over 15 years of experience in the classroom and school leadership\, Tina brings a grounded\, practical perspective to her role as an Instructional Guide\, Field Consultant\, and Practicum Coach for the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS).  \nAt the heart of Tina’s practice is her extensive history as a Lead Guide in Infant and Toddler environments. Her hands-on expertise in setting up Montessori home and school environments enables her to offer authentic\, tested strategies for classroom management and material design. She is a firm believer that the most impactful Montessori practice happens in the daily\, respectful routines established between the guide and the child.

Following Priya’s sharing\, Catherine Ching\, Asia Representative of CGMS will introduce the range of training courses offered by CGMS\, helping participants understand pathways to professional development and certification. \nHow to Register for this Event \nClick Here To Register for Free \nProfessional Development Certificate: Participants will receive CPD hours upon submission of a reflection survey. \nAbout Priya Rajagopalan: \nPriya is a die-hard Montessorian with 30+ years of experience as a classroom teacher\, academic director\, teacher coach\, and faculty for teacher education organizations in Asia and USA.  She is certified at all levels and supports teachers in implementing Montessori pedagogy for 0–18-year-olds. \nShe has been a CGMS Faculty member /Examiner/Field consultant for Elementary for 10 + years and has also worked with many other organizations designing and delivering workshops and training programs for school leaders\, teachers\, students and parents. She currently works as an Academic Director for multiple schools in the USA while also being a part of the MACTE onsite accreditation team for teacher education programs. \nHer unique experiences with schools in different cultures and contexts continue to inspire her to work towards equity in education. She is passionate about finding ways to include all children and support multi-age/ mixed ability classroom communities\, to make this pedagogy available to all children as Dr. Montessori envisioned. It is this passion that fuels her to offer support to teachers and children across the globe.
